Are they the templates css based?
I do not like the generic look of all of your templates.
I would like to have option of customizing templates by myself. I like the software itself but is worthless to me if i can not customize the look.

You can freely customize templates.
We encourage you to download Shop-Script FREE to try it yourself. You can modify both CSS file and HTML templates.
In our Clients section (http://www.shop-script.com/livestores.php) you can see how do people change look & feel on their own.
