I would like to have the option of using Counties or Zip Codes for tax rates. Our counties share Zip Codes so we may have 4 counties with different tax rates in one Zip Code. This causes a lot of manual searching .

can you offer updates forever if i buy this offer? i am looking for a thumbnail picture which can be shown in the admin order history next to product code and order details email. can you make it available this feature?

I agree about the templates. this is the weakest part.
